These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QueeningClub (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including browsing, registering, uploading, commenting, and any related services. By entering the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Rules, DMCA Policy, and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement.

This is an adult website. It contains sexually explicit material. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), or if such material is illegal for you to view, leave immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
  • You represent that viewing, possessing, and transmitting adult content is lawful where you are located.
  • Access may be restricted or blocked in certain U.S. states or regions due to age-verification or other laws. Circumventing geo or age restrictions is prohibited.
  • You may not use the Site if you have been banned or if we have terminated your account.

2. Nature of the service

Queening Club is a user-generated-content (UGC) platform focused on facesitting, queening, smothering, and related femdom worship videos. We host content uploaded by users. We do not produce most material on the Site. Featured advertising (including third-party ad networks such as ExoClick) may appear on pages and before video playback.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for Terms or Rules violations.
  • One person should not maintain multiple accounts to evade bans, strikes, or limits.

4. User content: license and warranties

“User Content” means videos, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, comments, profile information, and any other material you submit.

By uploading or posting User Content you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the owner of the content or have all rights, licenses, and consents needed to upload and display it.
  • Every person depicted who is the subject of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct was 18 or older at the time of creation, and you can produce records required under applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where it applies).
  • The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • The content is not illegal under U.S. law or the law of your location.
  • You have obtained all model releases and consents required for distribution on an adult website.

You grant QueeningClub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, stream, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Site (including thumbnails, clips for related-video features, and technical copies). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for reasonable residual copies in backups and caches that are deleted in the ordinary course, and except where we must retain material for legal or safety reasons.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not upload, request, link to, or promote:

  • Any content involving minors (anyone 17 or under), or that sexualizes minors. Zero tolerance.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real or fictional depictions that violate law.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, “revenge porn,” or deepfakes of real people without authorization.
  • Content obtained by hidden camera, voyeurism, or without the knowledge/consent of people depicted.
  • Content that traffics, coerces, or exploits any person.
  • Extreme violence, real-world animal cruelty, or other illegal material.
  • Malware, phishing, scams, doxxing, harassment, or spam.
  • Stolen copyrighted works you do not have rights to distribute.

We may remove content, issue strikes, ban accounts, preserve evidence, and report to law enforcement without prior notice when we believe it is appropriate or required.

6. Moderation

We may (but are not obligated to) review, refuse, remove, or restrict User Content and accounts. Moderation decisions are final except where law requires otherwise. Reporting tools exist for users; misuse of reports may itself be a violation.

7. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, follow the process on our DMCA Policy. We respond to valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers.

8. 18 U.S.C. § 2257

See our § 2257 Compliance Statement. Uploaders are responsible for maintaining required records for content they produce or for which they are the primary producer.

9. Advertising and third parties

The Site displays third-party advertisements and may use preroll / VAST ads before videos. Ad networks operate under their own policies. We are not responsible for advertiser sites, offers, or landing pages you visit after clicking ads. Disabling required ad experiences (for example via ad blockers where ads are a condition of free access) may limit features.

10. Intellectual property of QueeningClub

The QueeningClub name, logo, site design, and software (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit the Site without written permission, except as allowed by ordinary browsing and your own lawful downloads of content you own.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USER CONTENT IS ACCURATE, LAWFUL, OR NON-INFRINGING.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUEENING CLUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR USER CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QueeningClub and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any reason, including suspected illegal activity. Provisions that by nature should survive (including licenses for residual copies, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations) survive termination.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site when practical.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your residence provide otherwise. Venue for disputes shall be in courts located in Ohio, USA, unless prohibited by law.
