This Privacy Policy explains how QueeningClub (“Site,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit or use http://192.168.0.249:3001 and related services. The Site is intended only for adults (18+). By using the Site you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Service.

• Cookies and similar tech: session cookies for login; age-verification cookie (queeningclub_age_ok); preference cookies (for example playback loop); a first-party contextual advertising keyword cookie (pmv_exo_kw_v2, up to 72 hours) that stores counts of video tags and categories you view so we can request more relevant ads from our ad partners; security and load-related signals.
• Logs: server and application logs used for reliability, fraud prevention, and investigating abuse.

2.3 Information from advertising partners

We use third-party ad networks (including ExoClick / related domains such as magsrv.com) to show banners and video preroll ads. Those partners may collect device and browsing data via their own cookies, pixels, or scripts under their privacy policies, including for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.

3. How we use information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site (accounts, streaming, encoding, search, related videos).
• Enforce Terms, Rules, and law (including age gates, geo restrictions, bans, and CSAM / abuse response).
• Process DMCA and other legal notices; communicate about your account or security.
• Show advertising that funds free access to the Site.
• Analyze aggregate traffic and performance (for example views and upload stats).
• Protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the public.

Ad partners may set their own cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser; doing so may log you out, re-show the age gate, or reset ad keyword targeting. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not uniformly honored industry-wide; we treat them as informational only unless law requires otherwise.

7. Retention

• Account data: kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for security/legal needs.
• User Content: until you delete it or we remove it for policy/legal reasons; backups may lag briefly.
• Logs and analytics: typically retained for a limited operational window unless needed longer for investigations.
• Legal correspondence (DMCA, etc.): retained as needed to comply with law and resolve disputes.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (hashed passwords, access controls, encrypted streaming where implemented). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for content you choose to upload.

9. Children’s privacy
